Good software isn't a stack of features to learn; it's an experience that makes sense the moment you see it. Every screen we design should help people finish their work, not give them new work to do.
We choose few products and build them deep — workflow, vocabulary, integrations all specific to a domain. A great optical platform isn't an accounting platform with extras taped on.
We've been trained by B2B clients in Japan while building products for Indonesian context. The result: software that respects local realities — language, connectivity, budget — built with engineering that doesn't compromise.
Our story
Alvin Endratno is not the typical Indonesian startup founder.
His career didn't start in Bandung or Jakarta — it started as an inexperienced intern at Baseconnect in Kyoto, 2019. Within a few years, he grew across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and machine learning; in 2024 he was promoted to Tech Lead, leading a team of engineers and architecting the company's core systems. A master's from Kyoto Computer Gakuin, six AWS certifications — two at Professional level — JLPT N1 since 2018. Today he runs PT Lensiro Digital Solusi while still leading engineering at Baseconnect.
Across that decade, he kept noticing the same pattern repeat — in Tokyo, in Lumajang, between enterprise clients and small shops: good ideas rarely reach users with a quality that does them justice. Not because there's no talent. But because the gap between idea and execution gets filled, too often, with templates, compromises, and translators.

PT Lensiro Digital Solusi was founded in 2025 to close that gap — as a digital product studio, not an agency, not a vendor.
We build our own vertical SaaS (Lensiro for the optical industry, Rentiro for the rental industry), and we partner with companies that want to translate their ideas into real products — across Indonesia, Japan, and international teams that value engineering with taste.
We believe businesses of any scale, in any location, deserve digital experiences designed with care — engineering that holds up, design that respects humans, and a team that actually picks up the phone.

Our team partners with B2B clients in Japan and internationally — specializing in data infrastructure, AWS architecture, platform engineering, and AI/ML. Bilingual and bicultural context (Indonesian, English, JLPT N1) eliminates translator friction.

Top of class through undergrad (Kyoto Computer College) and master's (Kyoto Institute of Information Science). JLPT N1, 8× AWS certified — 2 Professional, 1 Specialty. Architected a 200-node Apple Silicon LLM cluster serving 25% of production traffic, led 8 engineers across 3 offshore partners. Now CEO of Lensiro — 70+ optical stores live on the platform.
Cum laude in 3.5 years (Business Management, Marketing concentration). Previously supervised a 15–20-person admin team at an ISP serving 50,000+ customers. Owns tax, finance, and marketing at Lensiro.
Independent software engineer since 2016. Founded ABC coding class — 584 students, 27 staff. Built e-Rapor systems used across 3 schools (1,090+ students) and a construction-finance app tracking 49 active projects. Also ships games in Unity 3D.
3 years of private teaching experience. Certified Personal Assistant. Drives day-to-day operations and on-target marketing execution at Lensiro.
16+ years of technical-operations experience, including 9 years in the optics industry. Now owns Lensiro client implementations.
